From the moment we decide to move forward throughout our adventure together, we will work alongside you to ensure your event needs are met and your expectations are exceeded. It’s just as important for us that you have a stress-free experience so we can both feel accomplished and at ease throughout our time together. By the end of this experience, we are always more than just your visionary event planners, we become your confidant and biz-besties who cheers you on and moves mountains to ensure your experience with us is everything you need and want it to be. 

When you hire Elegant Affairs as your visionary event planners, we, of course, schedule our goal-setting call where we will layout the steps included in your custom experience.

Once you’ve read through the events and services and are like “I want you!”, complete the contact form and we will send you a questionnaire to make sure we are on the same page in providing the best option for the event you have planned.

If after the consultation we both feel this is a great fit, we will review your budget, goals, and big vision we discussed on the call and curate a customized plan for your event. Next,  we'll send you a contract and information to login into the client portal so you can pay your deposit, see all of the terms clearly outlined, and sign the contract to make it official. 

the adventure begins

You will receive a customized timeline that highlights important milestones for your event. You will be able to review the dates and  let me know of any conflicts so we can adjust as needed to make sure the event stays on track. You'll also receive steps for your homework requirements. While you work through your homework, we will review everything before we proceed to the next step so don’t ever worry about “doing it wrong”!


it's go time!

After your homework is complete, it’s time to celebrate! 🎉 We will now move forward with the event outlined in your contract. During this time be sure to be thorough with reviewing and proofing what is sent and upfront about any changes you might want to see made. We will work through your event one step at a time so you will never get to the end and feel “oh my - I have made one big mistake.” Each step builds upon the one before. 


Organization and Communication

Hooray-once you're booked you are an official client. You will log on your very own personal client portal .This is where we will keep your entire event organized and communicate. It’s much easier for us both to refer back to one space to find what we need than having to search through hundreds of email threads.

OFFICE HOURS AND COMMUNICATION TURN-AROUND 

Elegant Affairs value transparency with our clients so we want to provide you just that. Below you will find our communication policies and a general guide of the office hours.

 If you send an email, you can expect to hear back from us within 48 business hours, which means if you email us on a Friday you can expect to hear from us by close of business on Monday. Remember if you are an official client use the client portal to log in from this webpage.
